A Perfect Weekend at The Line Hotel, Los Angeles

The Line Hotel in Los Angeles is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and it's absolutely perfect if you want a romantic getaway in LA. To celebrate our anniversary, my boyfriend Russell and I booked a room at The Line Hotel in Los Angeles' Koreatown, and the best part of the whole trip was that we didn't even need to leave the hotel once - there's tons of amazing restaurants and bars (and even a club) right in the hotel! If you're an LA native, this would make the best staycation.

The Line Hotel Los Angeles

All of the rooms have amazing floor to ceiling windows, and there's nothing better than waking up in the morning, rolling over, and pressing the button to lift your shades up. We sprung for a room at The Line Hotel with the Hollywood Hills view, which was definitely worth it! I mean, just look at it!

We love the exposed concrete and minimalist decor in all the rooms, it's a little quirky in the details which is a nice surprise. Plus...the rooms at The Line Hotel have the best.natural.light.ever. You don't even want to know how many selfies happened here every day. 🙈

Where to Eat at The Line Hotel

The Line Hotel is a collaboration with LA legend Roy Choi, who brings a delicious Korean spin to all the food and restaurants in The Line Hotel.  This is some of the best food in LA, and all you have to do is go down the elevator (or order room service)! First, and perhaps most famously, is The Commissary at the Line Hotel, gorgeously set outside in a greenhouse. Because who doesn't love eating in a greenhouse?!

We recently discovered that LA is home to the "best breakfasts in America," and the food at The Commissary at the Line Hotel is soooo good! Mimosas are a little pricey, but they do have a bottomless option if you want to get your money's worth. If you're really hungry, they even have a brunch buffet on Sunday!

Oh, and of course, the Line Hotel Los Angeles also has an epic rooftop pool, with pool parties every Saturday all summer long.

Pot is Roy Choi's other restaurant in the hotel, and it's perfect for a filling and delicious Korean dinner. Pork belly kimchi ramen, anyone? YUM. There's also a Cafe and cocktail bar in the lobby of the Line Hotel Los Angeles, which turns into a bumpin' lounge on the weekends. The best part? Breakroom 86 is a rad 80's club downstairs, complete with a GIF-photobooth right on the dance floor.

Even though you never have to leave the Line Hotel to have a great trip in Los Angeles, you still might want to get out and explore a bit. Lucky for you, we have a ton of LA blog posts to discover and help you plan your trip. Check out our Los Angeles city guide, and have so much fun!
